Glovebox Integrated ALD

Air-sensitive and moisture-sensitive materials and processes require an inert environment. The samples prepared in inert ambient can be coated with ALD without exposing the samples to the atmosphere. A glovebox-integrated ALD can do just that. Custom integration to all major glovebox manufacturers is possible.
